i have a idea that might get you quite a bit of rsgp

you could make it possible to donate for a 99 in any skill for like 500krsgp/$1
it might raise alot of money for the server for people who dont want to spend much and want a 99 easily

i think in some skills 500k rsgp or 1$ isnt enough like : Prayer , RC , Fishing , Fletching those are hard skills
